West-Can Road Construction Division is fulfilling a new market niche in Alberta. We have successfully tendered a multiyear private public partnership with the County of Leduc to provide engineering and road building services.

This contract will rebuild the road drainage network in the second largest industrial park in North America. This new style of contracting brings stability and continuity to both parties. It also allows West-Can, as the contracting partner, to bring new technologies and methods to the table for co-operative savings and value, more kilometers of road completed and fewer tax dollars spent. County governments can source new revenue streams from the province by proving their ability to form new partnerships and new methods of doing business.
